Rent a limo, trolley, horse drawn carriage, or hot-air balloon to make a getaway or grand entrance.
9. Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner Practice the ceremony - from walking in...to walking out - so that everyone is comfortable with how fast to walk, where to stand, how guests are dismissed, etc.
10. Parties!!! Bridal showers, engagement party, bachelor and bachelorette parties.
11. Out-of-town guest reservations
Call a hotel early to book a block of rooms for you guests. Be sure to ask about group discounts. Send a note to these out of town guests that includes the hotel information (rates, phone number, reservation deadline). You may also include a map of the city and a list of restaurants and local attractions/events in the area.
