8. Reserve Vendors
Reserve your photographer, caterer, DJ, videographer, flowers, transportation, wedding cake early to ensure you get your first choice in vendors

• Rent a limo, trolley, horse drawn carriage, or hot-air balloon to make a getaway or grand entrance.
  

• Call a hotel early to book a block of rooms for you guests.  Be sure to ask about group discounts.
  
• Send a note to these out of town guests that includes the hotel information (rates, phone number, reservation deadline).
  
• You may also include a map of the city and a list of restaurants and local attractions/events in the area.
  

12. Invitations

• We have a huge selection of invitations; and the expertise to ensure that proper etiquette is followed.
  
• Mail out of town invitations at least six weeks before the wedding and send in town invitations at least four weeks in advance.
  

• Choose your tux about three months before your wedding date.
  
• Usually tuxedos are picked up the day before the wedding and returned on the next business day.
